The study found that staff technical capacity has a positive and significant effect on implementation of information technology projects in IEBC. In addition, resource allocation has a positive and significant effect on the implementation of information technology projects in IEBC, Kenya. This study therefore recommends that the IEBC should conduct on the job training on regular basis to enable the existing employees to refresh and enhance their knowledge as well as cope up with updates and amendments in modern technology. The Kenyan government should increase the budget allocation to the IEBC to facilitate the purchase of adequate machinery, tools and equipment as well as employ and train adequate staffs to ensure the election technology projects are carried out in the most effective manner.[1]
